Our Story

TCM was built around a simple idea: facilities shouldn’t need three separate vendors to understand why a machine is failing. The Services Division began with vibration analysis, and has since grown to cover thermal imaging, Dragon Vision motion amplification, precision laser alignment, ultrasonic greasing, acoustic imaging, wireless condition monitoring, training, 24/7 emergency response, and consulting — often combining several of these technologies on a single site visit.

As TCM’s diagnostic work expanded, so did demand from clients who wanted to run some of that monitoring in-house between visits. That led to the Products Division — reselling the LubMatrix autonomous greasing systems, Hikmicro and Uni-Trend thermal cameras, Coast Lubricants filtration systems, and HERTZINNO acoustic imaging cameras that TCM’s own technicians already trust — so a facility’s maintenance team can own the same tools TCM uses on a service call.
