The Principle

How the FL1000V2 Works

The FL1000V2 uses a kidney-loop design — oil is drawn from the gearbox or hydraulic reservoir, passed through a filter, and returned to the same system in a continuous loop, similar to how a kidney filters blood in the body. Because the loop runs independently of the equipment’s own lubrication circuit, the unit can be connected and left running while the machine stays in operation:

A magnet-drive gear pump pulls oil from the reservoir through the hose and fittings kit.

02 / Filter

Oil passes through a spin-on filter that captures particulate contamination.

03 / Return

Cleaned oil is routed back into the same reservoir, gradually improving overall fluid cleanliness.

04 / Repeat

The loop runs continuously or on a scheduled basis until the target cleanliness level is reached.
