Fluidloop Filtration System

The Fluidloop Filtration System (FL1000V2) is a kidney-loop filtration unit built for portability, mounted on a hand-carry stand so it can move between machines instead of staying fixed to one piece of equipment.

Magnus CAP Breather Filters

The Magnus CAP is a compact, high-performance desiccant breather filter that protects gearboxes, bearings, and reservoirs from moisture, dust, and airborne contaminants as they breathe during temperature and pressure changes. Its Smart-Flow system keeps the desiccant core sealed against ambient moisture until a 0.1 bar pressure differential is reached, maximizing service life, while built-in neutralizing additives capture and neutralize corrosive acid gases in the intake air. The robust housing resists vibration, water washdown, snow, dust, and moderate impacts, making it suited for mining, quarries, sugar mills, port equipment, and steel mills.

The Magnus CAP-S (500-S) is the bottom-venting version of the Magnus CAP breather filter, built for installations where the vent point sits on the underside of a reservoir or housing rather than the top. It carries the same 500g desiccant capacity, Smart-Flow protection, and acid-neutralizing desiccant core as the standard CAP 500, in a flat-mount profile designed specifically for bottom-venting applications on gearboxes, load bearings, and tanks up to 800 liters.
